Oshi Software Limited, trading as Tickets.ie, has ceased trading and the directors are taking steps to place the company into liquidation and appoint a liquidator over the company. The winding up is being conducted in accordance with the Companies Acts.

Notice is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of Oshi Software Limited (trading as Tickets.ie) was presented to the High Court by creditors of the Company on 8 June 2026.

And further take notice that by Order of the High Court made on 8 June 2026, Dessie Morrow and Diarmaid Guthrie of Azets Ireland were appointed as Joint Provisional Liquidators of Oshi Software Limited.
